Mold assessment and Air Quality Rotunda West Florida

A thorough moisture mapping assessment was performed within the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and guest bathroom areas of the residence located in Rotonda West, Florida. Elevated moisture levels were detected within the guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and master bathroom, indicating conditions conducive to microbial growth.

In addition to moisture mapping, air quality testing was performed to evaluate airborne fungal spore concentrations and determine whether indoor conditions were consistent with amplification related to the observed moisture conditions.
